RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet these requirements. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, such as postage and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must return the item to us within 14 days of having notified us that you want a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift vouchers.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please email photos of the damage or issue and we will do our best to quickly correct the order.
EXCHANGES
The right to exchange means that you can return an item you bought and choose another one instead. We do accept product exchanges if the item/items are unworn or unused; however you are responsible for the shipping costs. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@pawmpawm.se.
SHIPPING
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case we do not receive the item.
